My experience with this office was quite sour. I began as a young college student 7 years ago inventing my extra pennies in a Roth IRA account. Fast forward years and years I have a corporate finance degree, personal investments in Fidelity and average 11% return annually. Though my 4 figure investment didn't mean much to them it was poorly invested. My account was worth less than the invested amount after 7 years! That's not even factoring fees. With closing and annual fees I paid $400+ over the years. They were even nice enough to grab 2017's fee before I left.. That plus the lack of customer service I received on this account throughout the years and when recently (thank goodness) closing my account was enough to write my 3rd review of any business ever and my first negative one. I am under the impression that not all EJ's are the same. Go elsewhere if you're not a huge account! [or try Fidelity.]
