Worst bank ever, ATM took my card, they wont open it to give it back, and there is no out of order sign... Come on what kind of bank lets there broken ATM steal people's cards.
Do not bank at this bank they charged me $10 to cash a check from this bank... it's crazy.... what genius came up with this wonderful customer service makes me never want to bank there.... horrible customer service get you nowhere PNC....
How bad of a bank are you when a customer come inside right after using the atm and didn't get there card back. The response i get is oh you got usaa bank sorry there is nothing we can do we dont have a key to OPEN OUR OWN ATM! Which means i have to order a new card and pay for it to. I will never recommend this bank EVER!
