If I could give negative stars I could. Since I am getting no response about my terrible experience, I will post it here, and will continue to post until I do. I was planning on taking a bus from Bowling Green to Louisville on December 8th so I could go home for the holidays. The bus station itself was unkept. The water fountain was not working, the paper towel in the ladies restroom was empty and some of the outlets were not working. I arrived an hour early for my bus arrival time (as suggested on my ticket info paper) and ended up waiting three hours till I had enough and decided to have my parents pick me up. The bus station attendees had no information as to why the bus was so late, and I asked about once every hour I was waiting. The bus station employees were very unsympathetic as well. Complete lack customer service. My parents eventually had to pick me up (from three hours away, defeating the purpose of getting a greyhound ticket). I found out later that that same bus ride was canceled! It is of value to note that this is my very first Greyhound bus experience as well. Terrible experience.

I scheduled a ride back towards my home, and not only was I greeted by a rude employee, I had to sit in the station for two hours waiting for my late bus. Getting on the bus took an additional 40 minutes and the bus ride was uncomfortable and free of the "free wifi" it advertised. Thinking that it may be a one time bad experience I was shocked to hear a friend of mine was stuck after another two hours of waiting, and the bus he was scheduled to get on was off the route the website had said it would be on. I would not ride with this company ever again. If you are unfortunate enough to be limited to this transport, get comfortable and have a movie downloaded to watch, because time is something you'll have quite a lot of.

To be honest, I actually found it hard to believe that it was an actual bus station.

Worst Greyhound experience ever. The driver was late and there isn't really anywhere to wait here. It's like a gas station.

Absolutely the worst station, and I've traveled thousands of miles on greyhound! Just... Terrible!!
