This store is new to our area and they are doing a fine job of establishing themselves by presenting excellent service. The front office has been super helpful with helping me determine exactly what I need, and for not trying to push me to purchase extras. They are very professional. When you car/truck is ready, the service person who actually did the work returns it to you and gives you a full explanation of everything that was done. I've found this is a great time to ask questions about the vehicle, as the service personnel will take the time to explain the entire operation. The entire store and shop is full of people who appear to be very happy with their jobs.
This team is beyond amazing! I had my tires installed in Minnesota, and had one go flat in Bowling Green. Alex , totally professional, found a problem with the tire and installed a replacement, no charge! Thanks Discount Tire for having a solid company and a great team here in Ky.
