Absolutely love it! I love taking my gently used clothes I know longer wear and get cash on the spot or even better , tax free credit to use in the store!! Great customer service. The staff are friendly, trendy and helpful. And, most importantly AMAZING prices on all my favorite brands
Wasted my gas driving all the way to platos to sell some clothes and I get a text not even 5 minutes after I turn the bag in and they told me they couldn't accept anything, when I took the bag back to my car I went through it and noticed everything was still folded exactly how I folded the clothes this morning before bringing them in. Obviously they don't check the bags and just let people waste their time and gas on trying to sell valuable things for nothing. Thanks platos I'll never be back. All my stuffs going on facebook market for now on.
I really hate selling with platos. They never take any of my clothese even though its brand name and new. And you dont get your money's worth when selling with them. Would be better off selling it on facebook.
OK selection, decent sales, but Rick Harrison would offer you more than the nothing they will offer you for your clothes.
