They get a big thumbs down from me.
They were quick to get me in when I was in pain.. but failed to correct the problem.. filled a whole in my tooth .. that later cracked months later... So I am very dissatisfied and will never go back.. and when my teeth got cleaned it didn't feel or look clean.. it was half ass done
When I first went there I was impressed. But after asking to file a letter of predeternation to see if I could get coverage for my dental problems due to Sjogrens Syndrome, I was disappointed they never sent in the letter to my insurance company. I even turned in my medical history showing the diagnosis.
Also, they did a half assed job on my cleaning, shaved off half my teeth, and pressed on my loose tooth the whole time they were drilling on a different tooth. Kept leaving my room to work on other people. I didn’t feel like I mattered, and their work shows it.
What kind of doctors do that to patients? I even asked for my medical records back and they never got them back to me.
Highly recommended!!! Very gentle and thorough. Gave advice/tips and explained to me what was happening. Very friendly staff. They do a great job!!!
Awful awful awful ): passive aggressive; rolling eyes and judging me, huffing and puffing, etc. If that weren’t enough to never come back, not offering options to save my tooth, told me it took too long to work on me and sent me home in tears. I will not subject my teeth to them again. I owe it to myself; my teeth matter to me and I’m worth more than this.
