Greatest expierence! Under sad circumstances Roiann gently led me through ordering the most beautiful arrangement. She was very patient and kind. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral home I was so impressed! I was elegant and beautiful. Excellent service.
My wife and I used MacKenzie's as our florist for our wedding in July. My wife had such a difficult time interacting with them that I had to step in and hound them to do their job. We constantly felt like we were their last priority and had to continually correct many of the mistakes they made. We were overcharged on all of our arrangements and were told that despite spending several thousands of dollars for our flowers, they wouldn't be able to complete our order... THE ORDER THEY QUOTED US ON.
In the end, my in laws essentially had to do their job for them and we paid out of pocket to buy flowers at a nursery in addition to their over priced charges. I tried to negotiate with them the terms of the payment because I was so dissatisfied with their work and was afraid that our flowers wouldn't be delivered on time, as we requested, but they said we had to pay the full amount before we even saw any arrangements. When I complained about how unprofessional they were, they apologized, but made no effort to reduce their costs or provide any compensation.

On the day of the wedding, they FORGOT ONE OF THE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE CEREMONY. Fortunately my in laws called them up and took care of it. I have never interacted with a less professional, less organized, and less caring vender. Avoid them at all costs. My parents used Western Kentucky's floral department for the rehearsal dinner and the arrangements looked much better and cost far less.
