Great atmosphere, even greater owners. The teachers will push you to your limit, but will at the same time help you understand how much your body can take. Class sizes can range from a few people to up to 60! You truly feel a part of the studio when you go. Be sure to read the directions online before going!
Awesome place, would highly recommend for everyone to stop in and try their classes. I was traveling through the area and just stopped and they were extremely knowledge and very helpful. The class was absolutely amazing and i felt like a new person...will definitely stop in everytime i am traveling in bowling green. Thanks for a great workout and i wish i could go to all their classes every week...
Great Yoga Studio!! Did my first ever yoga class here a few years back and I am still hooked on Hot Yoga! Great mix of music in class and great group of teachers Yoga Daddy Tony has.
