I came in to get my haircut and I knew it would be busy, being a Friday night. When I came in I was not greeted or even acknowledged. There were at least 5 employees and about 6 people waiting to get service. You would think that being an hour before close they would try and help everyone as quickly as possible; that was not the case.
Update: After experiencing the whole VIP package for free and I now love my haircut. Suzy was amazing and completely changed my mind about this place. She turned a bad experience into an awesome one. Thanks Suzy! You're awesome!
