An over managed bunch. I had 3 leads and 1 manager. It was ridiculously covered in excessive paperwork, the culture there does not care about the operators. The management are severely over bonuses as well. I can speak on this.

I work for the temp service right now but from what I know and see this company is great and I can't wait to get hired on!
Work there. Benefits are awesome. Pay is great. My department is great but have heard some other departments are rough to work in. Hours can be long but you get used to it. Overtime pay is banging! Sometimes communication coming down is a little annoying but tolerable. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good job.
