Staff is super nice. They really go out the way for people. Great place to utilize to your advantage.
Mandatory training was good. But when you say "you can call/email us at any time for any kind of help regarding finding work" ... you really need to back that up. Out of 5 emails asking/following up for assistant, I got 2 responses and no appointments or suggestions. Felt left to my own devices. Practice what you preach.
This place is nothing but a joke that needs to be closed down. The staff there are pretty nice but they lack in knowledge. Unfortunately you won't be able to talk to anyone because the persons at the front desk don't know how to answer a phone. I literally left my speakerphone on while calling them and I hung up after my call lasted 27 minutes with no response. These career centers are a big joke and waste of government funds and space

Long lines and wait. staff is sometimes unfriendly but professional, which is understandable.
