I don't know what kind of training you provide to your drivers, but I've worked in the trucking industry for 5 years and have worked around a lot of drivers and your truck # 521 has been idling for over 2 hours now in the middle of the night (its 1am at the time I wrote this) on a residential street in a town here in Ohio with plenty of truck stops in this area. it's keeping me and I'm sure some of my neighbors awake with the loud idling. I've called local law enforcement and am waiting for them to arrive. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you don't hire seasoned truckers who already know their etiquette, then you better make sure its in their training!
