For so many years, Fountain Square Park is what I think of when Bowling Green comes to mind. It's a small park in the downtown area with a beautiful cast iron fountain, some statuary, gardens and benches. It's perfect for just sitting down, resting and watching the world go by. At Christmas, it is very beautiful with lights. I love this tranquil place.
I took my youngest son to walk around the square & also see the lights...of coarse!
The remodeling contractors are almost done can't wait to see it done. It's going to look beautiful especially when they put up Christmas lights on.. .
Great view and great fun for kids if you have them or just love to jump and play in water.
