My daughter's purse was stolen at a convenience store and the video of the theft was given to the police (The thief was clearly in the video). The thief tried to use the cards at the bank and the bank gave that video to the police (The ATM camera clearly showed the thief). The thief came back to the store where they originally stole the purse and the plate numbers were written down and given to the police. A couple weeks later the officer called and asked if they could close the case since they didn't have enough information to locate the thief. REALLY? Their excuse was the address of the car wasn't in Warren County.

Typically pretty responsive and helpful in the office.

just wanted to let them know they are appreciated .

They do a excellent job, and often aren't recognized for the good work they do.
