They started working on the roof on a day that was obviously going to rain. When it started raining, they put a huge tarp over my roof. I got a call from my mother while I was at work letting me know that the tarp had flown off while it was pouring down rain.
The original quote he gave me was lower than what he charged me, but I couldn't find the original quote so I was SOL.
