Expect misinformation about the applications, I was informed that if I was approved the deposit would be refunded and that it would take 3-5 days for background check I was approved on day one due to my salary paperwork I turned in.
Also know that if ANYONE lives with you they want another 50 dollars for a seperate application because they are money hungry.

After 100 dollars spent Dianne couldn't even personally call me to inform me my roommate wasn't approved.

Thanks for taking our money during the holiday season when there was no reason for the application not to be approved on the 7th day.
Dianne seems to run everything, so the business hours need to be about 2 or three days a week, seeing that the children of the family are unable to answer anything.
Sure the park seems like a alright place, however this business owns property else where.
This mobile home park has been around for several years. The only big drawback I have about the place is that there are hardly any trees for shade in the majority of the park. Because during the summer, those homes can get mighty toasty even with the AC running full blast. The trees would improve the appearance of the park also.
The staff are somewhat nice at first to let you see the property's that they have open, lending you a key and holding onto your license. But as you return you will soon find out all the stuff you need to qualify , and for some that just started a new job you will be disquailfed, so please make sure to see if you even qualify before checking out all there property's because you might just be disappointed after returning looking at the house/trailer you really need and want.
