The cupcakes here are trendy and yummy. However I got the Andes cupcake the day before yesterday and the icing on top tasted like mint glycerin so that was disappointing. Also the staff can be a little snooty..... So be patient. Good cupcakes though!
Called in an order for daughters graduation. Got a voice mail the next day they couldn't fulfill the order, so they cancelled it....didn't notice the vm....Sister in law went to pick up cupcakes next day 2 hours before party...sorry we cancelled your order, we left you a message, not enough time to do the order 12 regular with graduation decoration and 24 mini. She gets me on the phone...new girl shouldn't have taken the order..ok well what can you do? Response well this isn't my fault...ok what can you do? Attitude...new girl...not my fault..blame....blame.....ok can you do anything or do I need to go somewhere else? .....we come to an arrangement, no grad decorations and a discount on the exact number of Cupcakes I ordered. Sister in law brings cupcakes....that was the owner and she said she was going to make a call and fire the girl...WHAT? Hey owner how about you train your staff better, if they make a mistake, then its it's you who failed not the employee trying to help your clients, and how about you not cop an attitude with your clients, and not act holier than thou and blame others for your failings. No-one in this family will ever buy another cupcake there. Not because of the pleasant girl who took my order and tried to take care of my request on a special day, but because of the unprofessionalism of the owner. I do want that young employees name...I would recommend her for a customer service job anywhere! which is FAR more that I can say about the management...DO NOT waste your time with this place...definitely left a bad taste in my mouth
