Well, the coffee came out quick, hot and tasty enough. We waited a bit for the 3 kids' hot cocoa. They were happy at first with all the whipped cream; so much that it took us a mile or two down I-65 (we were just passing through town) for them to notice: "It's warm milk! Not cocoa!" As you can see in the photo, this "hot cocoa" was white, with just the tiniest smattering of chocolate droplets (maybe just residue on the stirrer from the previous drink?)
My favorite McDonalds in all of Bowling Green! Order is always accurate with very little wait time inside or the drive thru. Fast service and the most friendly staff!
It was disgusting. None of the tables were cleaned, the trash was over flowing and there were trays covering the garbage cans instead of them taking the garbage out. The drink area was covered in soda. The floors were horrible. The bathrooms had urine and toilet paper all over the floors. The service was fast but not friendly, and the food was undercooked. By far the worst McDonalds I've ever been to.
I had a wonderful experience I came in with my kids and the manager clear out a whole section of the restaurant for us to be altogether and the birthday girl got a special treat from the manager thank you
Almost every McDonald's I've been to have had their share of poor service but i have to say this one beats them all. Morning shift isn't horrible but night shift has to have better management. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes waiting to order, while two teenage girls walked by laughing with one another, mind you one family in the dining room and drive thru empty. Surely there's a manager on every shift, ATTENTION managers do your job. That means if you see your employees not doing their job or being disrespectful put them in place. You are there to manage the business and the employees.
