Worst place ive lived. Kris Hamilton is a complete tool, refuses to address issues, apt conditions are terrible. Never rent from them under any circumstances.
I have called numerous times concerning his renters yelling threats and obscenities. The same renters lay on their horns and make threats causing the police to be called numerous times...as a property owner for almost 20 years in the historic downtown district...not responding is not acceptable.
