Our insurance company called them on Dec. 19th to reserve a SUV for us and they called us to confirm. We go to pick up on Dec. 20th to pick up to be told they didn't have a reservation for us. Seems that if they didn't have something in the class we were booked they would have given the option of a bigger vehicle for the same price. They really need help there. More training. The manager was gone and had left a brand new employee alone.
I needed to rent a car at the last moment for an unexpected trip. The kindness and help I received from your Bowling Green Kentucky location on Scottsville Road was tremendous. It started before the trip and continued after I returned the car.
