Went there on Monday 20 Nov about 2pm. Found the part I needed in 5 min. Took another 15 min to find someone to ring it up. No one anywhere near checkout area. Went to service desk at the back of the store, the guy working there searched too with same results. He ended up ringing up our purchases.
Extremely slow service counter. However, they did say they were busy. It would have been better if they'd at least acknowledge you're there while you wait. Once my turn came they did answer my questions but the end of August for service is not what I needed to hear.
Although one of the smaller ones this store has a knowledgeable helpful staff.
