The gentlemen at this location were an absolute blessing to me and our friends. We were stuck with a flat tire due to a broken valve stem and fixed it for nothing. I moved to Bowling Green from Louisville 3 years ago. Ever since it's been very difficult for me to find someone in the area that I could trust with my car. I saw the shop and decided to go in. One of the BEST decisions I've ever made! They worked with me, answered ALL of my questions TRUTHFULLY, didn't keep my car all day, gave me tips, and just genuinely really good guys! I would recommend ANYONE to go to CHAMPS! This was the best experience ever!
These guys are the best! I needed confirmation that my 79-year old Mom's car was safe for her to drive. They not only spent time testing it out, letting it run, driving it, and looking for issues, THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME! Said they found nothing wrong, so there was nothing to charge for ... anywhere else would at least charge for labor for that time! In this day and age, it's truly hard to find good customer service. But I can say Champs Auto Care and Sales, truly does care about the customer! Thank you so much! You can count on return service from us when we need it!
These gentleman are the sweetest people I have ever met. My car broke down in the parking lot next to their shop and the owner and his son fixed my car out of the kindness of their hearts and asked for nothing in return. They completed the task quickly and had me back on the road in no time. My car is running so much better! Thank you so much
