We broke up years ago, but it only seems like yesterday. A frustrating lack of common sizes in stock, rising prices, lack of sales, and reduced product quality all sent me screaming into the retail night. They do have some pretty clean restrooms tucked away at the end of the mall.

The store is neat in appearance with friendly sales staff. I generally can find decent sales on clothing here and have never had a negative experience while shopping at this JCPenny.
