DO NOT buy from this company. Waited on a very expensive appliance delivery for 6 hours. Called 5 times over the course of the day. Lied to by every representative about who they spoke with and couldn't even update our phone number correctly, delivery drivers left a note on the account about our home that pretty much proved they just google mapped the house and just skipped us because it was drizzling, no updated delivery time frame, no one could get in contact with drivers in any way, every call was abruptly ended and hung up on, eventually cancelled the order and got a nicer fridge with less expensive warranty from Lowes. Also found out department sales people work only on commission and they will have to pay the company back on the appliance she sold us even though it was not her fault. Have now seen from several sources this has been an ongoing problem with the company. TERRIBLE customer service with lazy delivery drivers.
Clerks were friendly and we found some great after Christmas bargains at the Bowling Green store.
They r one of the few places I can get the jeans my hubby likes. But they never have his size n store
Worst customer service ever. First lady was flat out rude and the next guy was NO help at all!
As a former Sears employee not of the store but one for sure I must say this is the smallest Sears I believe I've ever been in. Since our Sears store closed in our city I have to travel to other Evansville or Bowling Green to go to a Sears. And much to my surprise this store seems pretty good I think the only downfall is it there is no jewelry sales here. I did get to see the new line of tool boxes that are red and black common yes but this particular one was all black with red handles mirror red Chrome handles to be exact. The price wasn't that bad. The new lawn and garden equipment seems to have upgraded since I stopped working for this company. Not a very big men's selection which is okay I don't really buy dress pants or suit tops, but the question Still Remains is the Sears store going out of business like all the others with the extreme amount of box stock that should be in a stock room and all the clearance signs seems to me it's heading in that general direction because that's how I store started to handle the empty space.
