My wife and I had a lovely dinner. The wait staff were polite and assiduous, not overbearing. The red and white checkered tablecloth, the baked beans and potato salad, and the plastic baskets lined with wax paper, made us feel right at home -- really, it felt like a family reunion! The roll of paper towels on the table as a centerpiece was a nice, homey touch, and useful, or, rather, necessary! The ribs were huge, the dry rub perfection, and the meat moist, tender and delicious. Dr. Boucher gets my highest recommendation! Thanks Doc! We'll be back soon!
