Shopping with Ashley HomeStore was so easy! We told our salesperson what we were looking for and he showed us what was available and then gave us time and privacy to discuss it and make a decision. He was helpful and made great suggestions for add-on purchases without being pushy. We will be shopping with Ashley again!
I am sure as a whole Ashley Furniture is good. My experience thus far has not been good. I am 2 months into a purchase at the Bowling Green, KY store and have yet to receive my complete order. All I ordered was a sectional. It took 4 weeks for delivery and the delivery was incomplete and still is as of 12/27/2017. Missing 2 cushions for back of furniture and 2 replacement legs of ottoman, which were broken on delivery. I want the company as a whole to understand that in store customer service can go a long way. Giving the consumer a phone number to call allows for problems like mine to fester into a true complaint and a warning to potential buyers. You are only a storefront. Once the sale takes place you take the stance of hands off. Your "ER Ticket" service is bad. It doesn't get orders correct and in my case was screwed up 3 times now. As I said earlier, still waiting on cushions and ottoman legs.
Matt was a great resource in helping me get a sectional for my new place. He provided good customer service and followed up me with to let me know about in-store promos while I was deciding on what I wanted. Really appreciate the welcoming environment and “no pressure” sales of the team here.

We had a good experience shopping at Ashley furniture on Black Friday. We were able to get what we were looking for. The only down fall to shopping was that there was only one person ringing people up, and credit card authorization was taking a long time, but this was to be expected on a busy shopping day. Looking forward to our new sofa.
