I have been shopping here for the past 2 years and on November 24th I went in and purchased a bunk bed and they told me it would be in, somewhere between 2-3 weeks so on the 3rd week I called to check on my order and they told me it would be in by the 27th of December well I thought there goes that Christmas present so on the 28th of December I called back about my order and they said it was getting shipped out on the 27th and I should receive it sometime by the end of the week so Saturday I called again and they told me the 2 out of the 3 items was there and the 3rd part wouldn't ship out until 10th of January. It has almost been two months I would just like my order. I can promise that I'll never be ordering anything from there again.
We bought an Ashley Sierra Sleep mattress from FMO coming up on 2 years ago. However, it had started to develop really bad dips on either side where my wife and I sleep making it nearly impossible to get comfortable at night. We called FMO, and they gave us the email address to request a warranty replacement. Ashley was not willing to work with us at all on a claim telling us the large dips in the mattress weren't bad enough to make a claim on. The owner of FMO, however, emailed us the very next day and told us to come in and pick out any mattress we wanted and the store would cover the cost 100%, including delivery. Excellent customer service, made the entire process very easy and worry free! Thanks FMO, it's greatly appreciated.
Great service great prices. Just got our couch delivered and we love it. The staff was awesome. Anytime I called to ask questions or asked for help in the store they answered eagerly, seemed informed, and looked for an answer until it was found. I only wish more businesses had such great staff.
