It was my first time ever buying a pool, my experience there was awesome!! Andrew Porter is the type of sales guy you want, he is not pushy, very knowledgable, & very professional. Mr. Porter answered all my questions to the fullest. All the staff was great helping me review the chemicals for the pool and what I needed to do. I decided to go with BACUACIL and I am very happy with that choice. I am always greeted promptly when entering the store unlike that other pool place on Campbell Ln that doesn't seem very interested in selling anything, not very welcoming either. I ordered my pool and within a week it was installed even though he said it may be up to a month. Very happy with my purchase and will shop here from now on! People need to understand that this business is different from the contractors hired to do the job, not a lot of people willing to do this type of work. They are two separate entities. Pool and Spa Depot can only hope for the best when scheduling an install of a quality product they sell and hope the contractors hold up their end in a timely manner. If the contractors are not doing a great job review their company!
From the time I walked in till the time I left everyone was friendly. They keep parts in stock at competitive prices and had a technician on site to give me some pointers on the installation of a pump and motor.
I went into this place with $8000 cash to pay for a pull up front I waited for 45 minutes and no one would be of service to me. in all honesty I wanted to buy locally, But the service they provided was subpar and I will take my business out of town. I would recommend if you're going to this place and expecting service to have your phone fully charged and candy crush ready to go
