Great group of owners, coaches and members. Highly recommend to anyone of any age and body type in the Bowling Green area. This is the place to go for results, not to mention meeting some good people.

Had the chance to talk with Jacob this morning and his knowledge, passion for coaching, and desire to help the Vette City CrossFit members improve their health and fitness is evident. I'll definitely refer fellow CrossFitters to Vette City CF when they're in the Bowling Green area!
