The only thing I dislike about the office is that the front office staff isn't super friendly. It's not a huge deal, but they could be a little more friendly.
When we finally made it back, I was seen quickly. The staff were very nice.
Dr. Medhat Grace is spectacular. My husband and my son have both seen him with different issues at different appointments and they both received phenomenal treatment.
I went to the walk in clinic on a Friday evening only because Graves Gilbert website list that they offer MRI services only to find that they don't at the walk in clinic. I was not examed at all and went somewhere else when I was informed they would not be able to perform an MRI. Once again I was not examed at all but still got charged $86 for "speaking" to someone that did nothing for me.
Took my wife in this morning very sick (ended up having pneumonia) the ladies at the desk asked for ID which we didn't have along therefore refused to see her. Jesus said I was sick and you saw me not, therefore depart from Me.
My husband and I waited for over an hour and no one moved from the waiting room.
I just wish we didn’t have to wait quite so long.
Dr. Grace is especially good with children. He makes them feel so comfortable and relaxed.
This is our go to urgent care and we always keep our fingers crossed that we see Dr. Grace.
Still waiting, waiting, waiting...this is why people choose to go to the emergency room rather than walk-ins. Got me back fairly quick but here I sit, writing this review. I absolutely love Dr. Grace but is sitting for hours worth it? Nope. As far as I can tell, there aren't many people here, so I have no idea why the wait is so long. If you have good insurance and need immediate attention, just go to the damned emergency room. If you can wait a day or two, go to your primary (if you can find one, a good one, in Bowling Green). I am probably going to be a walk-out rather than a walk-in here in a minute.
