I have used Jim Fuqua a number of times for appliance repair as I have several rentals. Not sure what happened this time around but I can only concur with other reviewers that they completely suck. I had a problem with a dryer shutting down after 5 minutes of use. The first technician came out, put a panty hose over the vent and left before even testing it for 5 minutes. Guess what? Yes, it went out again. Later in the week another tech came out to look at it. Never called me. I called the office to try to find out what was wrong and never heard back from them. Tried calling again and they don't even bother to pick up the phone. They absolutely suck!
The women at the front counter is rude!! I can't say much more with out this review having the curse words I would like to say!

This place is amazing! Having a broken appliance is never fun' but they took care of it quick. Not only did they get my dryer fixed, but they have first class customer service. Will definitely be using them again.
