Drove an extra hour from home to purchase my sewing machine here. The service was great! The price too! They offer classes on the operation of the machine free and at your convenience . Great selection to chose from as well! Highly recommended!
They also sell many sewing machines, vacuums and fabrics. We had our vacuum repaired there. It takes about a week and a half to have it repaired. However, it's totally worth it.
Not a good experience at all. I was visiting from out of state and decided to look in the store. I found a pair of small scissors with no price in a basket . I then found a loose price tag and asked the sales lady if that was the correct price for the scissors. She said no it's higher than that, but did not offer to look up the price. I then asked what the price was. Her answer was higher than that. When i was leaving the store after buying something else i was not thanked or told bye. She was to busy reading a magazine.
