My experience with this Allstate agent was the worst experience I have ever had in customer service. This month, my car insurance payments went up by $40 without warning. I attempted to contact Alicia about the issue and it took me about four days to reach her. Once I was even able to get through to someone in the office, I was met with extremely long wait times and/or rude and impatient service representatives. After finally getting in contact with Alicia, she was completely unsympathetic to my situation. She yelled over me the entire time and did not even attempt to help me solve my issue. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Never get car insurance through this agent because she only cares about the bottom line.
