Nicest folks, I have been with them for years. They don't jack up their rates as some seem to think - it's insurance in general. Shop around, you'll see State Farm rates are no more than anyone else.

Terrible, slow or no response via emails. Jacking up the rates with every renewal even with no accidents or tickets . I've been with State Farm for 5 years and no problems whatsoever until my agent retired and handed me over to this office than it started going downhill. Found much better rates thru progressive.
The quality of service at this office is phenomenal. Every time I go in there, I feel welcome. Whether my visit is to go over my policy information or just make a payment, I know I am in good hands. All of the staff is very friendly and they always offer me a cup of coffee or a bottle of water, which is pretty great! If you are looking for a company that will take care of your policies, as well as, actually care about you as a person; this is the insurance office for you!
