I moved nearby and was excited to see a locally owned cleaners across the street. I took a dress there for JUST a pressing, and it was $6! For ironing ONE cotton dress! And the ruffles around the neck weren't even pressed well. I had to do it again when I got it home. In the meantime, my husband had dropped off several dress shirts. When he went to pick them up, it was $50, and they very rudely informed him that they wouldn't honor a recent coupon they ran in the paper. The staff member and manager were both rude. I work in customer service myself, and I can't believe they would want to lose a regular customer for life over a $10 coupon. WE WILL NOT BE BACK TO HINTONS.
