Always helpful and polite to me; sometimes limited by laws and regulations in what they can do for people, but in my experience they do their best.
Went in to get a license because I just moved here from out of state and they treated me like a criminal and like I was on trial...
Nobody is on the same page, the don't care/aren't trained well enough to provide relevant information and you end up running back and forth because nobody will just tell you what you need to know.
Very informative friendly people. My situation, needing to get my license transferred and also getting my cdl. Lady at the window informed me to wait 30 days after I get my license transfered so I don't get hit with some $100 fee that is automatically assessed when getting my cdl permit.
Stupid and slow. Bureaucracy at it's finest. Was told conflicting information concerning what was needed and the hours are so limited on testing that's it's absolutely pathetic for a city/county this size to have such limited access for a large population. The setup made no sense for the waiting area for testers which included every type of written exam like motorcycle, cdl, cdl endorsements, and permit tests. They seriously need to revamp the system. What's sad is this is a new building and was set up this way by some idiot who had no concept of flow.
