I got my license renewed they put the WRONG signature on my license then charged me for the replacement. Anyone that whole day I'm guessing had wrong signatures :/
Why do they hire uneducated people? I swear ky is the worst.
If you visit go during down times like after the lunch rush. Come prepared with all of your stuff to avoid confusion and holding up the process.
Staff seem unnecessarily rude. I get that it isn't the most glamorous job and that people have no choice but to use your services, but a response that isn't condescending would be a nice change of pace.
I'd give them one half of a star if it allowed me to. These people are extremely ignorant, unprofessional and uneducated.... They told me they were going to issue a bench warrant, come to my house to "get me" (while talking to them in person) for an expired license... I replied with "well I'm right here... get me now?"
