We love Blaze Pizza! We like the build your own pizza option and especially love the great variety of toppings and the freshness of them. We live the way the pizza is fired and how quick it is to get a good pizza!
Good food and very accommodating for gluten free. Staff aren't annoyed when you tell then gluten free. The person making your pizza will change then gloves.
They have awesome pizza, just wish they were bigger...they are so good I can eat the whole pizzamyself...I build my own...garlic pesto sauce...chicken, bacon, mozzarella parmesan warm mozzarella the big chunk round with chunks of garlic mushrooms red onions spinach and oregano and let me tell you it is the bomb it is so good
Finally, the brick oven was up too high - the crust was burnt around the edges and on the bottom; only slightly, but that paper-thin crust cooked like lightning in the brick oven that was turned up too high.
Great concept - poor execution. For the record, I am a bit of a pizza snob and toss my own dough at home. I had no idea what I was walking into when I darkened the doors, but I left thinking that the creators of this place had missed an opportunity. They've hired a ton of minimum wage folks that stand around and are only capable of doing one thing. All the dough is pre-made, and already on a pan. The workers don't even stretch it and it is small and paper-thin. I did a face-palm when the last topping the boy put on was Pepperoni...The toppings looked like they were of higher quality, but they were stingy with how much went on the pizza - I think I had 8 pepperonis on a 10" pizza. I guess when there's not enough crust to support it, you can't put much on there in the way of toppings.
This is good, fast pizza. I was here with a coworker and we enjoyed our lunch. The place was pretty deserted at 1:30 PM. Always quick service though you have to pick it up at the counter.
Overall, I would rate the quality of this pizza only one step above Little Caesars. Anyone reading this who thinks LC is good pizza is not allowed to comment (I told you I am a pizza snob). In fact, if you think LC is good, then you probably have bigger life problems than commenting on my review.
