Worst Taco Bell I ever ate at !!! Had 2 crunch wraps that had no cheese, no meat and the lettuce was soggy and wilted.
Food is usually good, staff is usually nice depending on the staff, and something you have to watch for is your order. This is the second time I've been and something from my order has been missing. Its irritating when food you paid for is missing. When I tried to call to fix this problem I couldn't get ahold of anyone so please make sure to check your order BEFORE you leave or someone goes hungry and you lose cash.
Do not use the drive through if you think you might have to leave the line before you order or get your food. It is physically blocked by a curb and a short cliff-like slope with just barely enough room for one vehicle to fit in the lane. Not good during busy hours and hard to get larger vehicles through and around the sharp curve without a problem.
Taco Bell food isn't really Mexican but it can be good when you want a quick taco or quesadilla. They are fast and consistent. This one has a very limited parking lot setup. There is a rear entrance from a side street.

They are slow, period. Doesn't matter if you order ahead or when you get there, you will wait... for awhile. Seriously, if you are a little low on gas do NOT use the drive thru. Food is usually ok when you finally get it.
My wife had 2 bean burritos that the beans where totally dried out and crunchy (LIKE MINE... OF COURSE ), and a crunchy taco that had the same disgusting lettuce as mine.
