Tl dr; Overall the company is awful and will non stop harass you.
Storplace is a first class storage facility. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The unit i rented was clean, and ready to move into. The grounds are well kept and it was always a pleasant experience when i came in to pick up or drop off items. I rented the unit for almost two years and i am very well pleased with the experience. First class all the way.
Clean facility with wide doors. Easy to get in and out of. They also had some carts to transport boxes and such on.

The whole experience was a nightmare. I went to college at Western Kentucky for my freshman year and stored my fridge and lamp at Storplace for the summer. Over the summer I found out that I had been accepted to a different university so I wasn't going back down there to get a fridge. We called and told them that we would pay for the remainder of what we owed but we wouldn't be back to get the items out so they had permission to go in and take the stuff out. They told us that we needed to send in a form in order for them to do that. The form was sent in and now, weeks later, they say that we owe another $68.
Been using their services for many years. Great customer service and very clean. Many sizes of units available.
