Update- the items where returned to me. I came out to my car one morning and they where sitting on the trunk of my car with a note saying sorry and explaining what happened. The items where just forgotten to be placed back in my car. No complaints :). Thanks guys!
The service was great. The owner gave me a ride to where I needed to be. My car wasn't in bad shape at all but needed a good shampooing. They did a great job shampooing the seats and head liner. My dash and other vinyl looked great. I had a sticky substance in a compartment in my center console they took care of. However, they didn't do the windows (tinted) at all on the inside. They didn't let the carpet dry or the mats dry so now they smell like wet dog and nasty feet. So I'm going to have to have them re-shampooed to get rid of that smell. There where also a few items missing from my car (nothing significant) but I didn't notice it until a few days later when I went to use those items. The items may have just been forgotten to be put back in my car. But that still shouldn't have been an issue. Service is excillent, quality is good, but I would make sure your car is free of anything important to you!
we have five children and so anyone Who has 5 children knows how a vehicle can look for a family vehicle , the took out stains that even the dealership did not bother to take out when " detailing" ....on my work truck ... We do construction in lots of mud , like clay mud ! vehicle literally look better then brand-new I have a flatbed on my truck there were scratches on the bed surface that they even painted spots that were scratched and Rusty on the flatbed
on these extremely dirty vehicles which is how ours are they charge $200 ,yeah one could say it's a little pricey but trust me I am completely happy and am definitely planning on going back again and again
If only you could have seen my car seats before Derek and his team at Affordable Auto Detail worked their magic. There were water rings and coffee stains in the front and back. When I got the car back, it looked better than brand new. Derek even fixed a small problem that arose with one of the seats at no extra cost and did it the day after I contacted him about it. Highly recommend this business.
