These apartments were built cheap inside. Things break and its hard to get management to fix. Lots of things wrong. Lots of bugs in the apartments and hallways. The closet where the hot water heater is located, is cooled off by the return of the furnace. Refrigerators are loud, the ice maker inside might work. Windows have no screen so you cant open them without having bugs get inside. The rugs are already worn out and its only been from my understanding two years. The pool is used by people that don't live here. Its packed with these people so you can't enjoy it. Definitely not worth the money they are rented out for. If I could give them a negative I would. I will be communicating with the Better Business B. also. I will be posting pictures of this place soon. NOT What it LOOKS like in the advertisement.
I lived here for 3yrs and really enjoyed it. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I always had a parking spot and never had an issue with noise.
Quiet spot if you're not next to the Walmart. Nice workout room.
V nice apartments and the staff is very co-operative. I stayed here for almost 1.5 years and liked it v much. I remember one of the staff member Jessica who was very polite and empathetic.
I will never rent from Chandler again, and will do whatever it takes to prevent others from being ripped off too. When I called the office to try to settle the matter, I was told that the two girls that I dealt with while living there didn't work there anymore but that they knew the policies. I definitely recommend finding somewhere else to rent from.
