I have never dealt with a more professional group of people. Steve Cherry and the Progressive real estate group handled my Mom's estate sale in nov of 2012. It is amazing to me, the amount of stress they took out of what was a very emotional time for us. Steve and his group came in, arranged everything, and we didn't have to do anything except observe. It was much easier than we ever expected it to be. I have never met a more caring group of professionals, and the entire group was courteous, prompt, and was genuinely concerned with our feelings throughout the entire process. Before the auction, everything was explained to us in detail and the auction went just exactly as was planned. There were no mistakes, no hiccups. They pride themselves in starting on time. The auction was scheduled to begin at 10 am, and precisely at 10 am, it began. We feel that the entire estate brought top dollar, including the personal property. Some of it brought more than we ever thought it would. When the auction was over, we received a detailed list of all the items and what they sold for. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve Cherry and his group to anyone, and if i ever need any more real estate needs, i know who i will call.
