Very friendly staff. As a female driver i went in to use the bathroom and a worker let me in to use the females bathroom so i didnt have to use the mens as he didnt want me to use the mens. And another worker even said hi and ask how my day was and to drive safe. Even the guard is nice.
Pretty quick in and out, at least for a drop and hook. The employees were friendly enough. The maneuvering room where you drop your empty trailer and pick up your loaded trailer is kind of small but it is doable.
