Screws were not torques and a lot of them were missing completely.
Great place to have work done. Always fixed right the first time.
I decided not to get ripped off, told them to put it back together and I will tow the truck to another shop.
Luckily the other shop caught on to it before turning the ignition otherwise we would have needed a new engine.
They charged us $2,700 for labor and did not put anything back together.
WE WILL NEVER SEND ANY OF OUR TRUCKS THERE AGAIN!

After sending our 2012 KW T700 to 3 different KW shops on the way to CO, we brought the truck back to our yard in Bowling Green,KY and sent it to the KW dealer in town. We had DEF problems and towed the truck into KW. At first, they told us there was automotive transmission fluid in the fuel tanks and that was the problem. Then they called back the next day saying there was antifreeze in the fuel tanks. They drained the tanks and did further diagnostics by taking the engine apart and basically told us we need to replace the head and a few other minor things equaling to $ 15,000 worth of repairs.
All the parts they took apart, they put them in boxes and left it inside of our truck.
