HORRIBLE!!!! Dr. Lori Doolin Wilson is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. I went just last night because I've been experiencing dizziness. It took over an hour before the doctor came in to see me. She said they didn't treat dizziness there. I also told her that I was scared that something might be wrong with me and I was afraid of dying and she said "you are going to die". I have NEVER been treated so badly by a doctor in my life. The nurse was also very rude. I will never visit that place again! The doctor wrote a prescription for 30mg. Pseudoephedrine. I didn't waste my time getting them filled.
Ridiculously long wait and unkind nurses. Don't go here if you can help it!

I've been to Graves Gilbert Walk-In Clinic three times now, and I've always been impressed with the care I've received. The staff has never been anything but pleasant- though it seems from the other reviews that that may depend on who is working that day- but everyone from the registration clerk to the x-ray tech to the physician assistants and doctors have been kind and knowledgeable. They are always very thorough to rule out possible diagnoses other than the obvious and caught my pneumonia early rather than just handing me cold medicine like my PCP would have done. I've never had a long wait at any part of the process, and I like that they have separate sick and well waiting rooms to reduce the chance of picking up something new while waiting to be treated. Nothing but good things to say about this place.
Dr. Grace was the most thorough and knowledgeable doctor I've ever seen in an emergency situation. His bedside manor was the best we'd ever experienced. We will return to him wth any medical issues.
