Literally just came here with an emergency because it states on google that you were open till 8. Somehow the times needs to change on here because my boyfriends insurance won't cover the emergency room and now he will be in severe pain all night, all because we were 6 minutes late because it still states that you close at 8pm. Would have thought that would change with the hours change being from 2016!!!
Complete waste of my time! Timely? Yes. But that because they didn't do a thing for me. I went in with a terrible cough, drainage, ear ache, swollen glands, and sore throat. I was back in a room in no time. The doctor was in quickly as well. He asked me a few question, felt of my neck, listened to my breathing and heart, and looked in my ears and throat. He then proceeded to tell me that I had a viral infection and I needed to take over the counter medications, then he got up and left the room. RIDICULOUS! I went to my primary care doctor on today. She proceeded with a breathing treatment, script for breathing treatments at home, steroid shot, antibiotic shot, oral antibiotics, a Z pack, and cough syrup. She also told me to stop the over the counter meds because I had been taking them for 3 days and they could do more damage than good. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!
Each time i have gone i have recieved timely and accurate care. The front office lady even worked with me since i left my insurance card at home and took the time to get it from my other childs info. We have done emergency and sports physical. They are great when i cant ger into my regular doctor
Don't waste your time. They can't treat anything. Even asked when we came if they could help they asked doctor and they said yes. Spent 3 minutes with doctor and was told they can't help. You sure didn't mind taking my money though!!! Stay away!!! Run!! This was my third time there disappointing every time. Will never make that mistake again.
The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our entire visit. We were seen quickly upon arrival. The doctor was very good and took care of the issue rapidly and efficiently. I am so glad they are here.
P.S. I would've given 0 stars but unfortunately that's not an option.
