So happy that this place exists. I was here around 2013. The staff were very friendly, and the therapists I had was excellent. Can't really complain about this place.
MOST HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE AS AN PARENT YOU CAN EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FACILITY AND THEIR STAFF. THEY PRETTY SURE KIDNAPER OUR CHILD. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE ITS JAIL NOTHING ELSE BUT JAIL. They took our child in and never told us that we can't see her. they keep her and she got sick from crying. This experience damaged our child probably now more. they are un professionals. they don't give you orientation on what they do and how they won't let you near your child. even if the child is 10. Unbelievable. I am telling you do nopt take your children here unless you want them to have jail experience. If we knew what they would do we would never take the child there. this is very BAD place for kids...an adult i have no idea but kids do not.
Staff was rarely helpful if you don’t bring your own clothes and books to read it takes them literal days to get you the thing you need patients are usually very bitchy and agrresive although some staff are really nice and will help you same with some therapist I spent 2 weeks in total over both of my visits but don’t be afraid to raise hell to get clothes if your family don’t give you any by the way school is a joke at this facility the average thing you do is a crossword puzzle or one step equations something a 6th grader should be able to do the only enjoyment you get is during rt(recreational therapy) at(alternative therapy) and when you go to sleep because you know the long 12 hour day which feels like 18 hours is finally over the normal vist last around a week but the most I’ve ever seen or heard of someone stay is 4 months in one visit I would recommend therapy but only go to this facility if you have no other option spectrum would be a better alternative if you can drive to London Kentucky to get there
Not enough time spent on the patient to make a diagnosis and can’t get in touch with them for questions or problems. The pharmacy had questions too and never got a response back and she even made a mistake on the prescription and never would tell me what was going on. When I asked questions she would be hateful or acted like why I asked anything.
I Want To come back here soooo soo bad I love it here friendly people, staff, and my god the patients were awesome there always cooperative and never seen a angry one there before! But sadly my stupid grandparents say they don't want me here they just want my medical bills and I been here for only 1 day which I stayed here actually in 4 days! Hell living with my grandparents is terrible! Rather live at Rivendell Behavorial Health In Bowling Green Kentucky Then Live With My Terrible Grandparents!
