When I came in, I asked how long we would have to wait. I was told 30 minutes. Ok fine. An hour and half later still waiting. No one has come in or out. Who are they seeing? Don't come here!! I never reviews. But, if you are sick you don't want to be waiting two hours when there are only two patients.
Wait time at OHP is ridicoulous!! Not many people in the waiting room but still had to wait for more than 45 minutes! This should be addressed.
I am not a complainer but I am very frustrated after my experience. I went to get a tb skin test for work (which cost 25 dollars) and they told me to return 48 hours later which would have been a Saturday. I came back first thing in the morning and they were closed due to holiday. No one told me to go elsewhere to get it checked so when I returned the following week they made me pay 25 more dollars to get the same test done! I don't see this as being fair. 25 dollars is not just pocket change for me. They should have told me to go somewhere else to get it read or told me to return next week. The lady who gave me my test was very nice but she could not do anything about it. I will not be returning.
Waited for an hour and a half, the doctor is still not in here. All the nurses do nothing and just sit outside in the office and talk. How hard is it to get a shot?
I absolutely love everyone there! They have been nothing but awesome to my family and myself
