This company was sent out by my roadside assistance and let me tell you...Daryl (the service person) was too good for words! He not only got there quickly, was courteous and professional, he went above and beyond and FIXED the problem for us. There are not many people who would go out of their way like this! A-1 Towing....you guys rock!!! Thanks so much.
Terrible, stay away. Was quoted a 45-60 min wait for a tow. I called back a little over an hour and a half later. They didn't even have anyone on the way!!! I told them I had been waiting for over an hour and a half and the person just said "that's ok" and hung up!!! Avoid this company at all costs. They are a joke.

My grandmothers car broke down & would not start at all even after myself & my brother tried to get it running. When we couldn't get it started we called Paynes A-1 Towing to come get her car to take it to the mechanic. When we 1st called them they said that they would be there in 20mins to get her car. After about 35mins they still hadn't shown up so we called them a 2nd time. This time the guy said they would be there in 10mins. They showed up about 15mins after we called the 2nd time. After they finely got there the driver was great & very professional. He was very kind & had that southern hospitality & he apologized for taking longer than he had said. I would recommend them to anyone that ever needs a tow even though they do show up later than they say they are all still great people, very professional & they take great care of the vehicles that they tow. If great Service, great people, professional service, & great care of your car while its being towed is a few things u look for in a towing Company then give these guys a call. But if you are in a very big rush & need a tow immediately then these guys wont be your tow truck. Because they get behind because they take pride in their work & they take care of peoples vehicles so they are not the fastest tow Company to get to you fast or on time. If you don't care about great Service, great people, professional service, & you don't care if your car is taken care of while its being towed then call someone else.
